Our team, is your team.

We are a collective of hard working women with a strong drive to build, create and solve problems.

We have worked with all business sizes from start-ups to large multinationals. Our sweet spot is working with any size that has a leader who wants to retain their team.

We have a strong sense of self and a true passion for making a difference. We are mothers first and foremost but part of what makes us whole is being bosses too.

Meet your Human Resources Dream Team

Sarah and Keira have supported each other in their careers for over ten years. They are business partners, go-getters and boy moms.

  • Sarah is a west-coaster through and through with strong ties to the Sunshine coast and Vancouver area. With somewhat of a travel bug and desire to constantly learn new things, Sarah lived and studied abroad for most of her education. She has studied in England, Canada, Ireland, and the Netherlands and holds a BA from the University of Victoria. She has also completed the SFU PDP teaching education program and is a qualified teacher. In addition she is a Certified HR Professional and completed her HR educational training at BCIT.

Her work experience has come from organizations ranging in size from start-ups to large multinationals including Google, Facebook, and Airbnb.  She has seen it all in the start-up world and has helped grow numerous start-ups to have strong foundational Human Resources functions which have won Best Places Work Canada on a number of occasions. She has worked in tech, food & beverage, not for profit, telecommunications, visual effects, film, gaming, education, retail, health care, and hospitality.

Her most recent work experience was Director of People & Culture sitting at the leadership level for a software company. She has also completed projects for First Nation groups and small businesses.

A true community builder, Sarah loves to connect people and help them exceed their potential. In the past year, Sarah co-founded a Women + entrepreneur group and randomly will be organizing new mama events within the community. She also sits on the steering committee for the Tech and People network of Canada. Sarah is passionate about building workplaces that people WANT to be a part of and business owners feel confident in those they have around them

  • A West Coaster at heart but now fully embracing life in Toronto, Keira has spent the past few years making the Six her home. With a degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University and a strong foundation in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through training from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to workplace culture.

Having navigated the fast-paced environments of start-ups and scale-ups, Keira has built a career in People and Culture, and People Operations, holding key leadership roles at a variety of organizations. Her expertise spans tech, fin-tech, healthcare, liquor, and agency settings, where she has successfully led major projects, including building out compensation strategies, culture audits, mergers & acquisitions, and policy development. Known for her ability to see both the big picture and the necessary ground-level actions, she thrives in creating workplaces that are both efficient and people-centered.

Passionate about fostering connections and strengthening communities, Keira is dedicated to building workplaces where people feel valued and empowered. Outside of work, she balances her drive for professional excellence with a deep love for family—especially her little boy. When not shaping workplace culture, you’ll find her on the slopes in winter or perfecting her golf swing in the summer.
